The story
A small light stays on after the doors close.
In a town gone quiet, one bar still burns past midnight, full of neon, stale smoke, and a few faces trying not to look too lost. A man leans on the counter and watches the empty stools, hearing hope in the clink of glasses and the jukebox hum, but the room already knows how thin that hope is.
